Hello from the PEEQUAL team!

We are a new start-up that is on a mission to pioneer pee-equality for all women, enabling them to take back their time and break the taboo of female urination. 

We have created a women’s urinal with sustainability, efficiency and safety at the forefront. We want to get women out of a cross-legged queue and back to the event they have paid for!


PEEQUAL started in 2020 as a university project, but it has quickly gathered traction with both founders, Amber Probyn and Hazel McShane, working on PEEQUAL full time, now looking for a passionate individual to join them on their wild ride.


This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our kick-ass team. This position is perfectly suited to an individual who is looking for hands-on experience within a startup, enjoys working with a team and loves being at festivals and events. You would become a valued part of the team who would have tons of fun pioneering our mission for gender equality.

Goals/ Objectives

We are looking for a marketing person to deploy PEEQUAL’s kick-ass marketing strategy, build presence online appealing to both our customers and users. 

You will be working closely with award winning marketing agency Purple Fish who will give you professional support and guidance alongside the founders. This is a unique opportunity for a creative, self-motivated individual to join a team and make a significant impact within a start-up, making a real impact on women’s lives.


Key responsibilities 

  • Create and implement PEEQUAL’s ambitious brand campaign

  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for the brand campaign on various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice

  • Coordinate product, event, and content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management eg.CRM.

  • Analyse and report on campaigns, highlighting opportunities for improvement

  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports


Skills needed

  • Qualifications needed: GCSE’s 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally across a range of marketing channels including social media

  • Excellent project management skills

  • A passion for gender equality and PEEQUAL’s mission for pee-equality

  • Creative asset creator
