Hello from the PEEQUAL team!
We are a start-up on a mission to pioneer pee-equality for all womxn, enabling them to take back their time and break the taboo of female urination. We have created a womxn’s urinal with sustainability, efficiency and safety at the forefront of our business. We want to get womxn out of the cross-legged queue and back to the event they paid for!
This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic people to join our kickass team. This position is perfectly suited to individuals who are looking for hands-on, on-site experience at UK events and festivals. You’ll be someone who isn’t afraid of getting stuck in and enjoys working as part of a dynamic and energetic team to pioneer gender equality at festivals and events.
The Role
You will join a team of hardworking, passionate, and caring people whose task is to manage the UK’s first squat & go womxns urinals at music festivals and events across the UK.
We want as many womxn as possible to know PEEQUAL and know that they finally have the same facilities as men do! Therefore, ideal candidates will be hands-on, hardworking team players that are passionate about delivering a brilliant service. Our On-site Event Supervisors would be joining us for the whole summer season, helping with everything from the build/break to running the facilities for a couple of hours on show days...so plenty of time to enjoy the festival!
Key Responsibilities

Support our events team on-site at festivals and events, helping them with pre-planned logistics and operations.

During build/break days: assist with the construction of the urinals, decorations, lighting and signage.

During show days; clean and maintain the urinals, ensuring they are clean and hygienic for womxn to use.

Communicate with womxn about the urinals such as explaining how to use them.

At the end of the event, support at the yard post event, deep cleaning and preparing the urinals for the next event.

Post event feedback, including feedback to the festivals, the PEEQUAL team on developing ways to improve the service.
Skills needed
-
Previous experience within events/catering industry or working in a high intensity environment.

A passion for gender equality and PEEQUAL’s mission for pee-equality.
Desirable skills:
-
Driving licence.
-
Forklift/Telehandler licence.

Experience driving truck & trailers.
-
Experience using a radio at events.
