PEEQUAL is gearing up for another exciting season in 2025, and we’re looking for hardworking, strong, and reliable crew based near our yards to help us prepare!
This is a physical, hands-on role—perfect for those who aren’t afraid of a bit of graft and enjoy working outdoors. If you’re in the Herefordshire/Gloucestershire area, keen for flexible summer work, and want to be part of an award-winning team, we’d love to hear from you!
🚨 Looking for more hours? You can combine this role with our on-the-road Build & Break Crew, helping to deliver and set up our innovative women’s (and those who squat to pee) urinals at festivals across the UK!
🔨 THE ROLE
- Prepare & maintain PEEQUAL units at our Herefordshire yard ahead of the festival season.
- Load and unload our articulated lorries using a telehandler (if applicable) and manual handling techniques.
- Move & position urinal units onto lorries—physical strength is essential! 💪
- Use a jet wash & other tools to clean and maintain units—expect some dirt!
- Wear appropriate workwear—PPE will be provided where needed.
- Follow instructions while also using your initiative to solve challenges.
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ Physically fit & resilient—this role involves lifting, shifting, and working outdoors.
✔️ Able to follow instructions while also thinking on your feet.
✔️ Positive, proactive, and hardworking with a great attitude.
✔️ Comfortable working in all weather conditions—rain or shine, the job needs doing!
✔️ Previous experience in manual labour, construction, or festivals is a plus but not required.
✔️ Plant licences (telehandler, forklift, picker, etc.) are a bonus but not essential.
🎉 THE PERKS
- ÂŁ15 per hour (freelance contract).
- Flexible working hours—pick up shifts that fit your schedule.
- Pre-season & manual handling training so you feel confident in your role.
- Gain hands-on experience in event logistics and manual labour.
- A welcoming, enthusiastic team with an open-door policy for feedback.
- PPE provided for messier jobs.
🚨 This role does NOT involve working on festival sites unless combined with our on-the-road Build & Break Crew or Crew Lead roles. Let us know in your application if you’re interested in multiple positions!
