On-site EVENT OPERATIONS LEAD
OUR MISSION
We are looking for an event professional to join our hard working team to help us deliver our award-winning, innovative women’s (and those that squat to pee) urinals at some of the most exciting festivals and events across the UK this summer season.
You might have seen us in the fields already at Glastonbury, Download or one of the many festivals we’ve been at in the past couple years. Or maybe you’ve seen us at the London Marathon or even Brighton Pride. We can’t quite announce where we’ll be this year yet but we promise; it’s exciting!
As a natural self-starter you will relish a challenge. As a motivating and patient people manager you will not be afraid of long hours and working on-site throughout the festival season. You’ll be familiar with the culture of the events industry with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our kickass team. This position is perfectly suited to individuals who have hands-on, on-site experience at UK events and festivals. You’ll be someone who isn’t afraid of getting stuck in and enjoys working as part of a dynamic and energetic team to pioneer gender equality at festivals and events.
If you are practical with a positive mindset, are interested in supporting pee equality, can manage your own time and have full availability over the summer, please keep reading…
