Become a PEEQUAL Pioneer

When was the last time you stood in a field, up to your ankles in mud, wearing a flower crown you ‘borrowed’ from your new best friend, whilst listening to the Sugababes and singing down the phone to your mum so loud she can barely hear a word of Round Round?!

It’s been a while, right!

 Our Mission

We’re on the hunt for the best festival volunteers in the business who are hungry to see change and be a part of our mission to pioneer pee-equality for women one pee at a time, making toilets quick, safe, and sustainable.

 What will you be doing

It’s time to wake up and smell the coffee (when we say coffee, we actually mean wee) because you’re invited to the hottest summer of festivalling!

As a festival volunteer, you’ll promote PEEQUAL to festival goers, explain how-to-use our women’s urinals to first-time squatters, and help keep the urinals clean and sanitary, all the while having an absolute blast at a festival.

But no two volunteers are the same and we value different skills and talents so if you have a passion for creativity (sign making, decorations and dressing the space, and theatrical engagement) then we’ve got you covered with our creative volunteering positions, too.

 What's in it for you

As a PEEQUAL Pioneer, you’ll join an amazing team of volunteers with a supportive, fun, and women’s focused culture, all working together to launch PEEQUAL.

This isn’t your average volunteering role and whilst we want you to work hard we also value fun and community so you can expect your days to be filled with face paint, glitter, fancy dress and plenty of free time to enjoy the festival!
