LONDON
MARATHON

We think our urinals are great but don’t just take our word for it, check out what these folks think of us!

THE FULL STORY

London Marathon was full of firsts for PEEQUAL. It was the first big event of 2023, the first running event PEEQUAL has been used at and the first event that saw us use the new walls and stillages made from 100% recycled sea plastic and sugarcane biopolymer.

PEEQUAL’s 30 women’s urinal units at the London Marathon 2023 were quicker and easier to build than those used when we first launched at Glasonbury Festival last year. This is because the new walls are lighter and slot into each other with more ease than those used last year, which also offers a more private and secure peeing experience for the user.

A lot of women felt the need to shout out you guys specifically and wanted them across the event as a whole.

Sporting events are another space in which it is crucial for loo users to be able to pee quickly. We were delighted to provide peequality for a new audience — runners at one of the biggest marathons in the world!

  • “Regarding your Peequal units, they were a big success. A lot of women felt the need to shout out you guys specifically and wanted them across the event as a whole. Which is a great result for both of us.”
